All the teachers in our team are fully-qualified teachers of English as a Foreign Language (EFL) and are all recruited on the basis of professionalism and experience. The all attend regular training sessions and workshops to ensure that they work on their development and keep up with the latest teaching methodologies.

The teaching staff plan ahead to give students what they require, and ensure that the learning aims are reached in every lesson. At the start of every course, the students fill in a needs analysis which enables the teacher to find out what they wish to focus on; this leads to having a course that is specifically tailored to the students' needs.

Our Director of Studies (Trinity TESOL, LCCI FCTBE, DELTA) and our Assistant Director of Studies (Trinity TESOL) regularly observe the teachers and make sure that they are giving the best possible service. They also deal with the students' problems and ensure that every student in the school is satisfied with the progress being made.

Every year, Link School of English awards its best teacher with the 'Teacher of the Year' title after continuous positive feedback from students.
