EFL Preparation Course (Malta Ministry of Education)
The EFL exam is equivalent to ‘A’ Level English and is one of the minimum requirements needed in order to teach English as a foreign language. The course consists of grammar, phonology and revision of past papers.

Course Fees:    €100 (Examination Fees not included)

TEFL
A 60-hour teacher training induction course accredited by the Ministry of Education.  This course serves as the initial training period for prospective teachers of English as a foreign language.

LCCI CertTEFL
The EDI certTEFL is designed to provide candidates with the skills they need for teaching English to adult students of other languages. Achievement of the EDI certTEFL will confirm that candidates have a good understanding of the essential aspects of the EFL teacher’s role, can organise and manage effective learning and have developed professionally through on-going reflection and evaluation.

Dates: 4th October 2010 - 29th October 2010 (Monday – Friday 9am – 4pm)

Delta Module One
The Cambridge Module One Examination is one third of the Cambridge DELTA (Diploma in English Language Teaching to Adults). It is a highly prestigious Post Graduate Certificate which carries 20 credits. Our intensive preparatory course focuses on understanding language, methodology and resources for teaching. It is aimed at experienced teachers of English who have a minimum of two years experience in the industry.

Dates: 27th September 2010 - 26th November 2010; 26th February 2011 - 28th May 2011

Teacher Training - Language and Methodology Course
This course is aimed at experienced teachers of English who would like to brush up on their pedagogic techniques and English alike.

Teaching methods and approaches are constantly changing and at Link School of English we do our best to keep up with the latest trends. Our experienced teacher trainers will show you ways and means of making every lesson memorable and enjoyable through different mediums such as technology and authentic material. You will also have the opportunity to learn idiomatic and colloquial language and to go over language items that are a problem even at proficiency level.
