The Spoken English Test for Business assesses your ability to speak English in realistic business situations.
English is the language of today's global business world, speaking is the skill that is most in demand. On the phone, in meetings, with colleagues, with clients are just a few of the situations that are prepared for on this course.
The Spoken English Test for Business is available in 3 different stages that cover the 6 different Common European Framework levels.
Stage A (Preliminary / Access) - Beginner / Elementary (A1 / A2, Common European Framewrok)
Stage B (Achiever / Communicator) - Pre-Intermediate / Intermediate / Upper Intermediate (B1 / B2, Common European Framework)
Stage C (Expert / Mastery) - Advanced / Proficiency (C1 / C2, Common European Framework)
The examination takes the form of a 1 to 1 structured interview with a member of Link School staff, making sure that you feel comfortable and at ease. The member of staff will manage the interview and act as a conversation partner. The test is recorded, either on audio cassette or CD and then sent to City & Guilds where it is marked by trained examiners.
