Hotel Management is about decisions, capitalising on a situation and making the most of your workforce. Keeping this in mind, we offer a specialised course wherein a learner can make use of the ‘right word’ in the English language, where quality management is concerned. The role of the manager is essential because it acts as a link between staff and senior management. Our highly qualified instructors are well aware of the fact that a good understanding of the English language is vital in this role and that managers must be able to communicate effectively at both levels.
