All students are greeted with a smile, a welcome drink, an introduction to our School and a welcome pack which includes a student card, discount vouchers, map, activity and sports programmes and important addresses to guide students throughout their stay in Malta.

Before the commencement of the course, you are asked to undergo a written and oral test to determine your command of English thus enabling our Director Of Studies to advise you for which course and level you are best suited, and to select the appropriate teacher.

Halfway through the course you are presented with a questionnaire asking for information about our various services - our teachers, families, activities and more.

Hence, not only do we ensure customer care but more importantly customer satisfaction.
