Print pageThe TOEFL examination is recognised by more than 8000 higher education institutions in more than 130 countries. The test is available in both a paper-based and internet-based version. Students wishing to take the TOEFL whilst in Malta will sit for the internet-based version.
The TOEFL exam measures ability to use and understand English and evaluates how well students combine their speaking, listening, reading and writing skills to complete academic tasks.
